1. How to Report Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown request, email our Designated Agent at support@jobsthere.site with:

Required Information:

  • Your full contact details (name, address, phone, email)

  • Exact description of copyrighted work

  • URL(s) where material appears on our site

  • Statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use

  • Sworn declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury

  • Electronic signature

Subject Line: "DMCA Takedown Request - [Your Name/Company]"


2. Counter-Notification Process

If content was removed mistakenly, submit:

  • Your contact information

  • Removed content description + original URL

  • Statement under penalty of perjury of removal error

  • Consent to local federal court jurisdiction

We’ll forward counter-notices to the original claimant. If no legal action is taken within 14 business days, content may be restored.


3. Repeat Offender Policy

Users with multiple valid DMCA violations will face:
First offense: Warning
Second offense: 30-day suspension
Third offense: Permanent ban


4. Important Disclaimers

• We only link to external radio streams
• No control over third-party station content
• Act only on complete, valid DMCA notices
